Find answers to common questions about Solvyr.

To create an account, you'll need an access code. Visit the registration page, enter your access code, and follow the prompts to set up your username, email, and password. Access codes are provided by your organization or can be requested through our contact form.

Access codes control which Solvyr applications you can use. Each code grants access to specific apps and may have usage limits or expiration dates. Your organization administrator provides these codes during onboarding.

After logging in, visit your Dashboard to see all apps you have access to. Click "Open App" on any card to launch that application. Your session carries across all Solvyr apps, so you won't need to log in again.

Password reset is currently handled by contacting support. Email support@solvyr.tech with your username or registered email, and we'll help you regain access to your account.

Yes. Contact support@solvyr.tech from your current registered email address with your new email, and we'll update your account after verification.

Apps only appear on your dashboard if you have an active entitlement. Check with your organization administrator to confirm your access. If you believe there's an error, contact support with your username and the app you're trying to access.

Solvyr hosts purpose-built business applications. Current apps include Compound (fitness tracking) and GroundsHQ (lawn care management). New apps are added based on user needs. Your dashboard shows only the apps you're entitled to use.

Yes. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and CSRF protection. Read our full Security page for details on how we protect your data.

Email security@solvyr.tech with details about the vulnerability. Include steps to reproduce and potential impact. We'll acknowledge your report within 48 hours.
