Solvyr provides a platform of business applications accessible through app.solvyr.tech and associated subdomains. Access to specific applications requires valid entitlements granted through access codes or administrator approval.

To use Solvyr services, you must:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Data you enter into Solvyr applications remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide services.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform maintenance with or without notice
• Modify or discontinue features
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Solvyr services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid for services in the past 12 months

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Solvyr harmless from claims arising from your use of services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use services ceases immediately.
